another featureeeeI want/need to write about the RAW showcase but my mood crashed after it so my mind doesn't want to cooperate. It was a good time though with a lot going on, and I sold a print of "Inside the Fire" and another of "Happy happy joy joy" . Ironically, I suppose haha. There was also a fashion show and two bands and some interpretative dance along with all the (mostly traditional) art. There was a photographer there too but I think I was the only digital artist, woops? haha I will upload soon some of the photos I took; I was stupid and thought the smart phone photos would turn out better than they did. Anyway, might be a day or two for that.Andaelentari

Bangkok Through My EyesI recently saw an excellent journal, (I don't exactly remember whose it was), It was about trying to convey the reality of a city, beyond its architecture and usual tourism images by words and images. It was a wonderful journal and inspired me to attempt the same. I have just come back from a small business trip to Bangkok. I have been to Bangkok quite a few times and I thought I could attempt something similar from my collection of images of Bangkok. I searched and thought and tried to materialize the idea. I found myself miserably lacking in being able to put together anything that could construe what Bangkok is like.InayatShah
For me a city, a place, a country is defined by its people and then by the environments, Its defined by human interaction, by scents and aromas, by sounds and tastes and so many intangibles that one could write a thousand books and one could show a million images, but they could not even begin to the experience of just a single day there or

Devious Journal Entry(Please View with Browser maximized)Nine-Muses
As you all would know we have started a new direction in Nine-Muses, and because of this we have been a little slow in our features.
Also our brilliant Feature Editor, who usually makes the features is also busy. You will have to put up with my limited skills.
The works have been chosen from recent submissions I hope you enjoy viewing the collection and it inspires you to visit the individuals pages to browse though wonderful work, of which only a sample it highlighted in this journal.
Nine Muses would like to thank all our wonderfully talented artists for their contributions to our galleries and without their participation this journal would not have been possible
randomositydun care if it's not a real word .Andaelentari
For some reason I have the 'random faves feature' bug, lucky for you guys ^^.
One of these days I'll probably do a cute one and an inspiring one, you hope .
Small rant: sometimes I wish it wasn't possible to 'unwatch' someone, so people couldn't just watch you until you watch back, and then unwatch you! argghhh.
